Agency fees

Bright Futures Families is proud to offer a 20% discount to active duty military members.

  • Application Fee (credited towards the $20,000 of the first agency fee if you match with BFF) — $500

  • Agency fee, 1st installment (due upon match acceptance) — $19,500

  • Agency fee, 2nd installment (due upon surrogate contract signature) — $15,000

  • Agency fee, 3rd Installment (due upon heartbeat confirmation) — $15,000

  • Surrogate rematch fee (may apply under certain circumstances) — $15,000

Surrogate fees

  • Surrogate fee (add $10,000 per additional fetus) — $50,000 to $80,000

  • Surrogate expense allowance ($250 per month, est. 14 months) — ~$3,500

  • Housekeeping allowance ($200 per month, est. 10 months) — ~$2,000

  • Maternity clothing allowance ($1,250 for multiples pregnancy) — ~$1,000

  • Psychologist/Social Worker support — ~$1250

  • Embryo transfer fee — $1,500

  • Additional procedure fees (e.g. transfer fee, in utero prenatal testing) — ~$2,000 to $5,000+

Screening and IVF costs

  • Mental health screening for intended parents and surrogate — included

  • Background checks on intended parents, surrogate and surrogate’s partner — included

  • Medical screening, IVF fees, medication costs — ~$25,000 to $50,000

Attorneys/escrow fees
